After considering several sites, property was located in south Salina on Yost Drive. The 15,700 square foot building was complete in July 2020 and in addition to a ten lane 25-yard tactical shooting range, 45-seat training classroom, a near full surround, state-of-the-art judgment simulator room, and SWAT locker and change out room, the facility includes three drive-thru bays for the police departments vehicular assets.
